Our Music Director, Dale Throness, has been attending St. Helen's for over fifteen years. He has been a member of the choir throughout that time and in the spring of 2024 accepted a position as the interim music director. Dale has been on the Voice Faculty of UBC School of Music for over thirty years, and he enjoyed a long career as a professional baritone. He has also been involved with church music throughout his adult life and has an enduring love of sacred choral music and the rich tradition of congregational song. He loves working with the choir at St. Helen's and is grateful to be part of such a supportive and welcoming community.
