St. Helen’s Anglican Church offers two versatile spaces to accommodate your special occasions:

Church & Sanctuary

  • Capacity: Seats up to 300 people in pews.
  • Features: elevated stage area with concert lighting and a Steinway piano.
  • Ideal for: concerts and other performances

Entrance Ara (Narthex)

  • Capacity: Perfect for small receptions and gatherings up to 65 people.
  • Features: A welcoming and intimate atmosphere.

Do you accept bookings online?

Yes, we accept bookings. Please fill out the form above or email us at [email protected] with your booking request

When are the available booking hours?

Our spaces are usually available for booking Monday through Sundays 8am-9pm.

Do you charge a booking deposit?

Yes, to confirm bookings, a deposit of 50% will be charged. The balance must be paid before the beginning of the booking.

What are the payment methods available?

We accept rental payments via cash, e-transfer (made payable to [email protected]) or cheque (made payable to St. Helen’s Anglican Church).

Are discounts available if my group is a not for profit?

Yes! We offer a 35% discount on rental fees for all registered not for profits. Please let us know in your inquiry and provide us your Registered Charity number.

Is parking available at St. Helen’s?

Yes, we have a large parking lot adjacent to the church, and plenty of street parking is also available around the church.

Can food be served at my event?

Absolutely! The only space were food is not allowed is in our Sanctuary.

We have a kitchen space located in our church hall which can be booked for catering companies to prepare food.

An additional $50 will be added to custodial fee for events with food and alcohol served.

Can alcohol be served at my event?

Yes, your group will be responsible for procuring an alcohol license and submitting it to the church office in advance of your event.
